Minty 1530

Minty... July 2015 Dog of the Month Sandi's 'best friend who makes me laugh every day'.
He's an 8 year-old Greyhound who visits some great places including Upton Country Park and Delph Woods - you can find them on our 'Out & About' pages.

Max 1538

Max is a crossbreed dog rescued through the RSPCA at Ashley Heath. He's only 9 months old and Angela's found out that he just adores playing frisbee!

Rosie 1532

Steve sent in this foxy photo of Rosie, a cockapoo who 'mainly belongs to our daughter, we asked her if she would like to go to Disneyland or have a dog - smart girl we ended up with the dog'.

Living in Banbury they generally roam the Cotswolds, but in Dorset one of the places they recommend is Peveril Point in Swanage, thanks to the awesome views.

Olivia 1537

Nela says 4 year-old Olivia is a funny and friendly dog who loves playing with other dogs and learning new tricks in agility.

She's still finding new walks as they are new to the area, but as they're living in Blandford they're near some brilliant places to explore!

Have you found the Milldown, Stour Meadows and the North Dorset Trailway yet Nela, and a little further afield Fontmell & Melbury Down - they are all on the 'Out & About' pages - you're also near the Kingston Lacy estate (on the road between Blandford & Wimborne) and Ashmore Forest (on the road between Blandford and Shaftesbury) with some great walks we hope to add soon!

Max 1526

Wow Max has a story! Andrea told us that he was dumped as a puppy in the New Forest & it took the warden 6 weeks to catch him!

He's a wonderful dog but since having Vestibular Syndrome he needs to walk on lead as he gets disorientated as the syndrome affects balance.

He's 11 years-old and this rather special Springer enjoys Baiter Park and Holes Bay.

Tig 1541

Ahhhhhdorable Tig is a scrummy little Staffordshire Bull Terrier of 11 weeks old, our youngest new member this month.

Nessie 1540

Nessie is a Westie who is 'a little angel but can get up to mischief if left alone' says Katrina.

She does look angelic in her cravat - I guess she just likes to have company and is making her preferences clear!

Lola 1522

Lola, Junior and Tommy

These charming Chihuahua/Jack Jussell/Poodle crosses, two of whom are pictured here, live with Verity and love to go coastal at Whitecliff - a great place for such sociable dogs!

Junior 1522
Mimi 1533

Mimi visits Dorset 4 times a year and stays at Winfrith, where she loves the walks around the Five Marys as well as the beach at Studland.
