Kingston Lacy countryside estate near Wimborne is managed by the National Trust. More details and photos to follow but we can't wait any longer to tell you about the wonderful walks!
This beautiful working countryside includes places like Badbury Rings and great public footpaths & bridleways.
There are sheep and cattle and ground-nesting birds like skylarks at some times of year, so most walks will include both off and on-lead areas, depending which ones you choose and the time of year. Do be particularly careful at Badbury Rings which is a fantastic hillfort area with great views and history and often has grazing animals to help conserve its amazing flora and fauna.
The National Trust provide dog bins at various locations so it's easy to bag it and bin it, in locations where there aren't any bins please just double-bag it and take it home to bin it.
