Upton Country Park

A popular park with an off-lead field and also gardens and woodlands which can be enjoyed on lead. The cafe includes an outdoor seating area where dogs are allowed on lead. There is now a new, large (30 acre) area where dogs are able to exercise off-lead around several fields in a varied setting including a stream, meadow and good paths. There is also a smaller fenced area within the off-lead area, for exercise and training.

The Park borders Poole Harbour, if you walk on the harbourside paths be aware that the Harbour is a great place for birds, so do prevent your dog from disturbing them, more about that here.

Good bus links with one going right into the park – and trains a short bus ride or nice dog walk away! Pay and display car parking charges apply. For further information about Upton Country Park, the many family and other events that take place there go to www.uptoncountrypark.com
