Meet at far end of main car park (parking fees are £4 max), or if there is space in the dog walker car park opposite Pony Drive BH16 5SU parking there is free.
FREE & friendly informal guided walkies exploring the fields at the country park on good paths, tailored for those using mobility scooters so we will be going to suit the pace of those using their scooters – but anyone is welcome to join us on the walk.
Dorset Dogs walkies are a chance for dogs to enjoy each others company – and for their humans to do the same!
Roughly an hour and a quarter.
This is a great walk for this time of year if you’re looking for places your dog can have a good off-lead run – on heaths, downs and wetlands some rarer birds who nest on the ground or low-down are starting to find places to nest so we need to keep dogs to paths in those areas – at Upton Country Park off-lead fields they can run freely off the paths.
