Staff at Ferne Animal Sanctuary in Wambrook, Near Chard, Somerset are celebrating due to the success of their annual Fun Dog Day held on Sunday 7th September 2014.

Despite there being many other events on the same day, great weather encouraged a huge turnout of competitors and winners from Dorset, Devon and Somerset. A whopping £3150.76 was raised - up from £1800.00 last year.

Sharon Pavey, newly appointed Head of Fundraising and Marketing at Ferne Animal Sanctuary said:  "We would like to say an enormous thank you to all the people involved in making the 2014 Fun Dog Show such a success this year." more

Suzy contacted us to share their 'Dog-friendly home' infographic (good word!  New one on me).
