Call to members!

If you know of places that you think should go on our 'Out & About' pages or 'dog-friendly' do get in touch and let us know by emailing us at dorsetdogs@dorsetcc.gov.uk  - we don't have so many places in West Dorset on there for example.

We like to give information about great places to go with dogs, as well as giving information that helps us be aware of responsible walking if we're out on more sensitive sites too (for example, they may have wildlife, livestock or other things we may need to take into consideration when we're out with our dogs - check out the 'doggy do code').

Harley here is the working cocker who lives with Rosie & Toby, the Westies.

Welcome!

New members who've already used the 'join us' form or who joined at pit stops - if you didn't send in a photo remember you can always add your photos later, just send to: dorsetdogs@dorsetcc.gov.uk with your name and a bit about your dog and/or where you like to walk.  Don't forget we'd love to see you in the photo too!

LADY - A border terrier - Elspeth told us 'We love a good walk in Wareham Forest, especially in winter when other paths are wet under foot'. (One of my favourites too Elspeth - such a large diverse area with great trails, views and wildlife, some parts are busy whilst others are very quiet and feel remote)

If your dog is not a member yet you can find out about the doggy do code and join here to receive your free members pack.
