Charlton Marshall, Spetisbury, Blandford Forum, Shillingstone, Sturminster Newton, Hammoon, Fiddleford
A 2.5 metre wide compacted stone path which follows the route of the old Somerset and Dorset Railway line. Steep cuttings and embankments along the route. Longest section from Sturminster Newton to Shillingstone, which is 4 miles long. Fiddleford Bridge and Shillingstone Station Restoration Projects are the main points of interest. Benches are placed along the route.
Dogs may be off-lead on the Trailway but have to be under close control as some sections go through farmland with grazing animals.
