A wildlife rich site, part of a SSSI. Rising to 53m, there are good views across Dorset and into Hampshire. Areas of heathland and mixed woodland. Gravel path network.
Dogs should be on lead when off the main paths during bird-nesting season, as some rare birds nest on the ground. Adders are very active on site from spring to autumn; there is a vets located on Marlow Drive in event of adder bite. Dog bins are located at entrances on the western edge of the site.
